Job Title Senior Marketing Operations and Planning Manager, SGMMP

About the role:

Reporting into the Head of Marketing Planning, Operations and Engagement Strategy, APAC, this role will lead an extremely high performing team, with the focus to develop, refine and execute industry leading Marketing strategies across SGMMP. This is an exceptional role, which will allow you the opportunity to leverage your strong strategic Marketing experience, and dynamic leadership style that will motivate and engage a high performing group of individuals.

This is a significant role within Philips, where you will have ownership of major local marketing strategies within a leading global healthcare business.

Key Responsibilities include:

Management of the Singapore and Emerging Markets (Malaysia and Philippines etc.), SGMMP for short, marketing budget across the key business units.

Facilitating the SGMMP annual planning processes, ensuring the coordination of the marketing plans;

Ensuring that active marketing measurements drive the performance reviews of key campaigns;

Create and maintain the SGMMP Marketing Calendar based on the global Marketing Plan, BMC enablers and business objectives, including events and digital activities;

Manage the localization of global assets or creation of local assets with the assistance of internal and external stakeholders;

Work with the D2B, event and comms team to activate campaigns and execute local Marketing and Launch Plans;

About you:

Bachelor qualification within a relevant discipline.

10 years to 15 years\' strong experience in Strategic Marketing, Marketing Planning and Operations, campaign development and events management preferably from the Healthcare, B2B or the equivalent industry within MY, SG.

Significant people leadership experience within Marketing.

Ability to work cross-functionally.

A strong Project Management skillset.

Experience in marketing technology, healthcare or MedTech products or solutions would be advantageous.

Certified LEAN Advanced would be advantageous.
