Job Description


Job Purpose

  • Drive digital and social media campaign to improve customer acquisition, engagement rate, brand loyalty and advocacy
  • Work closely with marketing and branding teams in executing digital marketing and branding strategies
  • Brief and work with internal design team or digital agency on web visuals
  • Work closely with media buyer on media buy and performance report
  • User web analytics software to monitor performance of website and make recommendations for improvement
  • Analyze data (reach, leads generation, traffic, conversations) to propose effective content & action plan
  • Provide accurate reports and analysis to management to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI) for digital campaigns
  • Keep up to date with current digital trends and researching new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media etc
  • Contribute to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns
  • Create and dispatch email marketing campaigns
  • Ensure accuracy of information and in time for all digital content and updates
Job Responsibilities

Digital management
  • Execute digital strategies buy coordinating with various internal and external parties
  • Manage feedback, communication, frequency, assets and creative across all digital channels
Agency management
  • Manage creative agencies in developing web visuals 9websites, microsites/landing pages, web banners and online ad copy)
  • Manage media buyer in planning digital ad spend, optimizing campaigns and reporting on campaign performance
Analytics & Reporting
  • Analyze data (reach, leads generation, traffic conversions) so as to propose effective content and action plans
  • Provide accurate reports and analysis to management to demonstrate ROI for digital campaign
Email Marketing
  • Create and dispatch email marketing campaigns
Research
  • Keep updated on digital trends and online opportunities for SDP to tap on
