?Core Responsibilities: Become the Operational Hub of the Company?

Client Relationship Management:

Take full ownership of the customer communication journey, from creative proposals and quotations to after-sales support, becoming the most trusted professional advisor for our clients.

Internal Coordination & Quality Control:

Act as the central coordination point between the installation team, design, and accounting departments, ensuring flawless project execution and overseeing the quality of the final output.

Operational Optimization:

We encourage and support you to explore and implement new tools (such as AI for customer segmentation, content generation, data analysis, etc.) to continuously optimize workflows and improve overall efficiency.

Task Execution:

Efficiently and accurately complete various tasks assigned by the founder.

Core Hours:

Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 (Malaysia Time).

Flexible On-Call Duty:

On

Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays

, you are required to stay online and respond to important messages promptly (

full presence at the desk is not required, but a response within 1 hour must be guaranteed

High Alert on Installation Days:

Must remain on "high alert" on all event decoration days to handle any unforeseen circumstances immediately.

Monthly salary of

Long-Term Partnership (After 12 months):

Monthly salary of
