  • Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Experience in operations or administration is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Passionate about tea and customer service.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in daily operations and ensure smooth running of the outlet.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and inventory management.
  • Coordinate staff schedules, training, and logistics.
  • Support the team with event coordination and customer inquiries.
  • Assist in stock control and order processing.
  • Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures.
