Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
Experience in operations or administration is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
Passionate about tea and customer service.

Coordinate staff schedules, training, and logistics.
Support the team with event coordination and customer inquiries.
