The Operation Assistant will support daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow within the company. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and willingness to travel as needed for company assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating daily operational tasks and activities.
Support the operations team in documentation, scheduling, and administrative duties.
Ensure proper follow-up and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Assist in preparing reports, filing, and maintaining records.
Liaise with internal departments and external partners when required.
Provide on-site support for operational activities, events, or projects.
Perform any other operational duties assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Possess own transport and a valid driving license.
Able to travel when required (within or outside state).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
