Calculate and create delivery orders into system, print delivery orders, and deliver to customers.
Ensure customers acknowledge received on delivery orders for the delivered goods.
Responsible to prepare invoices and ensure the price, quantity, and items are correctly shown in the invoices before issue to customer.
Prepare debtor statements and deliver to customers.
Handle and resolve customer inquiries.
Providing sales book to Poultry Department and ensure the final information from Poultry Department is tally with the sales book.
Ensure all documentation is properly updated and filed accordingly.
To assist in order and ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least SPM and above.
At least 2 years of working experience in clerical work.
Candidate with knowledge of accounting will be an added advantage.
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as AutoCount.
Proficient in reading and writing in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Possess strong commitment, good communication skills, and self-motivated.
Applicant must be willing to work at Seberang Jaya, Penang.
