Responsibilities :
Provide assistance and support to the operations department with all office administration issues.
Coordinate all interactions with authorities regarding business and sales licenses.
Handle all documentation related to work permits, business hours, or any other issues with Mall Management.
Ensure proper filing of all documents including Delivery Orders, Incident Reports, and external correspondence.
Review daily reports from outlets (if any) and report any issues to the Operations Manager.
Process all stationery requisitions and local orders for the Operations department.
Verify and review monthly punch cards and staff claims.
Prepare payments to third-party vendors and utilities
Handle all outgoing correspondence and memos.
Perform any other tasks and assignment as and when required
Requirements:
Min SPM or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
Min 2 years working experience in administrative work
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Require good command of English and Malay
