Operations Assistant
to coordinate between customers, technicians, and outlet supervisors, ensuring timely service, high-quality standards, and smooth operations. Experience in customer service or customer care is a plus in this fast-paced, service-oriented role.
Key Responsibilities :-
Review confirmed appointments daily to plan technician allocation for each outlet.
Ensure balanced technician workload and optimize travel or deployment routes.
Arrange backup or inter-outlet technician transfers in case of absenteeism or workload surges.
Maintain and update the Branch Technician Allocation Sheet for management tracking.
Coordinate directly with outlet supervisors to ensure jobs start and end on schedule.
Monitor daily installation jobs to ensure quality, timeliness, and adherence to SOPs.
Act as escalation point for outlet operational issues (e.g., defective materials, incomplete jobs, customer disputes).
Report repeated errors or negligence by technicians to HR for disciplinary review.
Ensure post-installation quality control checklist is completed and signed off.
Provide weekly performance reports to management on technician efficiency, turnaround times, and job completion rates.
Serve as primary liaison for day-to-day outlet operational problems.
Ensure all outlets follow standard operating procedures.
Record and escalate any outlet operational incidents for management review.
Coordinate closely with Admin for outlet utilities, petty cash usage, and minor repairs.
Support rollout of new SOPs, system updates, or product introductions across outlets.
Requirements :-
1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales;
experience in customer care is a plus.
Genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service with a strong sense of urgency.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism under pressure.
Strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds.
High attention to detail and strong commitment to accuracy.
Proficient in
cloud-based spreadsheet tools, particularly Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
Willingness to work on Saturdays and Sundays (weekday rest day provided).
