Prepare, check, and maintain transport documents (delivery notes, invoices, PODs, trip sheets).
Coordinate daily vehicle schedules, routes, and driver assignments.
Communicate with drivers regarding job instructions, delays, and updates.
Monitor vehicle movements and update delivery status records.
Record fuel usage, mileage, and basic vehicle operation data.
File records accurately and maintain operation logs and databases.
Assist operations supervisors with reports and daily summaries.
Calculate and key in driver commission based on agreed rates and trips.
Prepare commission summaries for payroll or accounts departments.
Meet cut-off dates for commission processing and reporting.
