Principal Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure all manpower databases are consistently updated with the latest information
Maintain and update the manpower movement chart for all locations on a daily basis
Promptly update manpower movement chart upon receiving timesheets
Ensure all site personnel CVs are updated on a monthly basis
Submit timesheets to the billing department in a timely manner
Update and maintain the Mobilization Order (Mob Order) records
Administer training and medical arrangements for operations personnel, including:
Preparing required documentation
Booking slots
Coordinating payments
Updating tracking records upon completion
Collect, verify, compile, and submit project allowance claims for approval
Collect, verify, compile, and submit RT incentive claims for approval
Collect OSL (Operational Support Logistics) from all sites and coordinate return to APM
Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD) or superior
Required Education and Experience:
Minimum SPM qualification
At least 1 year of working experience in clerical or administrative roles
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking)
