Role and Responsibilities Movies, television, music, podcasts, cabin announcements, boarding music and more, Stellar curates and coordinates all of this for our airlines and the Operations Coordinator is responsible for the internal operations, logistics, and deliverables that are required in servicing this content to our airline accounts on time every cycle. The Operations Coordinator works closely with the Client Service, Production and Operations teams and will ensure given tasks are completed efficiently and effectively with the greatest quality assurance. Attention to detail, good communication skills and the ability to consistently deliver high quality work against tight deadlines are essential for this role. Primary Responsibilities includes: Scheduling - management of monthly timelines and deliverables across multiple platforms, clients and various teams. You are responsible for ensuring we deliver on time, all the time. Create and maintain all relevant grids and other administrative documents for clients. Maintain professional relationships with hardware vendors, distributors, labs, and other stakeholders for the implementation of the content life cycle. Ensure on-time delivery of content to hardware vendors and that all transcoded files have undergone the appropriate quality control prior to delivery. Data management, including metadata entries, quality control and signing off grids across all system platforms for each cycle. Contribute to internal meetings with the primary focus to ensure internal processes are kept up to date to ensure client satisfaction. Screen programming options, create edit notes and discuss these with the team and the client. Ensure quality control on purchase orders and media deliverables. Responsible for addressing any major issues raised or escalated by the client or other stakeholder (eg. Hardware Vendor). Desired skills and qualifications University degree, preferably in the field of Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, IT or Engineering with a minimum grade of 2nd Upper or equivalent. Minimum 3 years work experience, preferably in customer operations, account management / consulting role with positive referrals / feedback. Proven experience in an operational environment. High attention to detail and can work well under pressure. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently. Passionate, encouraging, and motivated. Strong organisational, written and verbal communication skills. Advanced in Microsoft Excel and familiar with MS Project.
