BAT DIGITAL BUSINESS SOLUTIONS IS LOOKING FOR AN OPERATIONS DATA ANALYST This incumbent is responsible in coordinate the global Material Master Data processes and activities, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of it all used in Operations. Next, pro-actively manage the master data environment and apply effective housekeeping ensuring data accuracy and stability to support global plans and objectives. Ensure alignment to the global (and multi-functional) with regards to create/modify/delete data management processes applicable in BAT\'s global systems by all data users, ensuring that any issues with data integrity or misalignment between systems are highlighted and resolved by the relevant owners in a timely manner within agreed SLAs. SENIORITY LEVEL Experience Non-Management FUNCTION Operations Data Management (ODM) SALARY RANGE Starting from RM5,400.00 + Excellent Benefits + Bonus LOCATION Bandar Sunway, Sunway Geo Tower ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES Reports to Operations Master Data Manager Reporting Level Individual Contributor Geographic Scope Selangor, Malaysia What You Will Be Accountable For Responsible for creation, amendment and deletion activities of all Material Master data within the ODM team. Ensure that the Material Master data processes for creation, amendment and deletion are understood within own and any other regional or local Master Data teams in Global Operations departments, factories and end markets. Drive improved data integrity for both completeness and accuracy through weekly and monthly critical metric, compliance and data quality reports monitoring. Deliver master data accuracy and compliance with global data standards to the required and agreed accuracy rates as per SLA with data customers and users. Ensure resolution of all global master data errors in a timely manner within the stated SLA timelines to minimise any adverse impact on planning and systems use. As a master data knowledge expert, contribute to global, regional and local MDM projects as required on behalf of the Data Management Team. Update of Master Data documentation in line with any business changes to the processes. Adhere to the Master Data Incident IT support process and ensure resolution within agreed SLAs. Build strong working relationships with global / regional / local data teams and stakeholders, guiding them on data related issues and managing alignment to business standards and priorities Essential Experience, Skills And Knowledge Equipped with minimum 2 year of demonstrable experience in Material Master Data/Master Data or Supply Chain field Minimum Bachelors degree in IT/Supply Chain or any equivalent field Working experience in a systems-orientated supply chain environment in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment High degree of understanding of SAP ECC/ MDG Material Master Data and structures Knowledge and understanding of Master Data processes, Master Data Governance and controls highly desirable Possess good communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, meticulous and has a structured/planned approach to work. Ability to prioritize tasks as well as being highly numerate, analytical, and accurate.
