Who are we hiring?

Reporting to the Asia Pacific Head of Managed Office. The Operations Director has leadership and line management responsibility for the projects, commercial and operational teams across Asia Pacific. This will include working with internal and external resources ensuring clients requirements are captured accurately, priced and delivered to the same and ensuring exceptional levels of customer service are attained, both internally to our Business Development and Accounts teams and externally to our clients and partners. The position is a key strategic role and will be part of the managed senior leadership group in Asia Pacific.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Manage and motivate key internal resources related to the delivery of capital and operational budgets of office space.
  • Be a key stakeholder in client engagement and retention.
  • Along with others (internal and external consultants) develop accurate scope of works, budgets and programs that reflect the needs of our customer requirements and that of the Instant deal
  • Build credible supply chains that can execute the above and match our growth plans.
  • Ensure that Instant best practices are implemented.
  • Work in tandem with Business Development to develop and lead the Managed solution
  • Ensure the highest levels of satisfaction from each of our existing and new client base, and as a result.
  • Take responsibility for high impact, high visibility projects (internal or external) and manage them through to completion.
  • Working closely with existing managers and people leaders to develop our existing talent whilst ensuring high quality recruitment of new talent as well as the creation of succession plans and development pathways.
  • Collaboratively working with Business Development and the Commercial team in the proposal and delivery of growth, new solutions and new services to clients
  • Ownership and financial management of the capex/ opex budgets of contracted income
  • Champion, embed and maintain Instant\xe2\x80\x99s values.
  • Develop & drive the Supply Chain strategy for services to align to the new proposition. Oversee objective supplier selection and mobilization. Drive key supplier innovation. Monitor supplier performance and savings. Ensure value for money. Oversee the performance of our suppliers, whilst ensuring our commercial interests are met and act as an objective point of senior escalation when the team, clients or suppliers have challenges
  • Ensuring seamless handover from solution design to Business as Usual Account Management \xe2\x80\x98one team approach\xe2\x80\x99
  • Deliver solutions seamlessly in new territories
What are we looking for?
  • 10+ years relevant experience in commercial property/ real estate related activity
  • Proven ability to grow clients through excellent relationship management
  • Strong operational experience and knowledge \xe2\x80\x93 managing and leading teams
  • Strong commercial acumen, experience of P&L ownership/management and the development of commercial solutions. Sound understanding of budgeting and commercial/ financial processes
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (including excellent presentation skills) across all levels of an organization. Experience writing client and delivering presentations and reports
  • Passion for operational delivery and process
  • Technically proficient and excited by appropriate new and emerging technologies. Previous experience of owning the future vision for a technology tool or platform and leading technology roll outs
