The Operations Executive is responsible for operations functions, including shopper support, seller support, third-party logistics liaison, billing, shopper cashback, and seller settlement. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting the growth and efficiency of the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor and improve shopper support processes to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Resolve escalated sellers' issues and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure sellers receive the necessary support to optimize their store performance on the platform.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve seller satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and third-party logistics providers.
- Coordinate logistics activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Resolve any logistical issues and work on improving operational efficiencies.
- Manage the shopper cashback program, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of cashback to shoppers.
- Oversee the seller settlement process to ensure timely and accurate payments to sellers.
- Address any settlement-related queries from sellers and resolve discrepancies.
- Effectively communicate with other departments, such as finance, marketing, seller management, and other teams, to ensure smooth operational flow.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
