What do we need you to do:

• Develop strategies to optimize costs while maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Implement rigorous quality control procedures to meet and exceed industry standards.
• Manage end-to-end supply chain activities to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
• Work closely with production teams to streamline processes from manufacturing to delivery.
• Collaborate with procurement to source high-quality materials at the best prices.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service to align production and delivery schedules with customer demand.
• Analyze operational data and provide reports on performance metrics.

What do we need from you:

• Proven experience in operations, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of cost optimization and quality control principles.
• Experience with inventory management and supply chain optimization tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
