Job Responsibilities -To deal with vendors, Online Travel Agents for price comparison -To assist in all aspect of tour operations including costing, air tickets and ground arrangements, attractions, and other day to day activities -Research on travel itineraries, price and vendors -Assist team members with adhoc administrative and operational supports -To provide full support for tour packages sales and departures -To participate in all field work, including airport duties, transfers, and events Job Requirements -Fresh graduates from diploma / related field of Tourism & Hospitality Or Min 1 or 2 years of working experience in travel industry will be an advantage for this position -Required Languages (write, read & speak) - English & Mandarin -Outspoken & Softspoken person -Ability to interact, communicated and negotiate effectively -Good follow up skill and highly attentive to enquiry -Basic computer skill (Outlook, Excel, Words and Power Point) -Willing to travel when necessary, personal travel experience will be considered an advantage
