Job Description

• Team management: organize business team work, specialize in training, do a good job on duty and team task management
• Organization and documentary: organize the work of the business team, assist the business to deliver orders, and provide daily bills/quotations/monthly bills for each project.
• Order cycle management: customer and supplier service order cycle management, corresponding to the optimization of the cleanup and return of cooperative resources
• Partner and software and hardware resource management: Responsible for internal and external supplier cooperation docking, procurement, warehousing, outgoing, deployment information management
• Operational data management: sorting, classifying and summarizing the operation data of each project, regularly issuing operation analysis reports, and monitoring of internal abnormal problems.
• Business quotation management: do a good job of cost analysis and quotation management for regular quotations and big customer quotations
• Cost management: do a good job in cost management, and be able to put forward reasonable suggestions and solutions for cooperation plans, operation strategies, etc.
• Contract and data management: internal and external cooperation channel data, business consulting data, contract data management
• Communication and coordination: Coordinate internal and external resources to solve problems arising in the operation process, assist in handling problems that cannot be handled by customer service, and actively communicate and solve problems with various departments and partners.

Requirement

• Proficient in Mandarin is a MUST and proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to accept morning and evening shifts and holiday scheduled shifts
• College degree or above, priority is given to business management, business administration and other majors.
• Can keenly capture hot spots in the industry, be good at judgment and analysis, and have work enthusiasm and a sense of responsibility.
• Have good communication and coordination skills and strong execution experience. Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• More than 3 years experiences in computer network service industry, telecommunications industry business management, or operation support is preferred.
