Job Description

- Perform all tasks as required by the Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations of the park facilities (comprising cafeteria, event hall, visitor complex and watch tower) to visitors - Perform facilities maintenance work and ensure park cleanliness - Comply with SOP standards on customer service and public safety - Participate in trekking activities within the park for visitors to TNER - Responsible for all aspects of the (hotel / lodge) - F&B, Housekeeping and Guest Services - Manage and oversee staff activities, SOP and adherence to company policies - Plans, implements and monitors preventive maintenance programs and schedules - Ensure monthly inventory count on Guest Supplies, F&B Stock, Operating Supplies and Equipment - Provides continuous suggestions and ideas to further improve the service, products and guest satisfaction rating - To manage other tasks as assigned by the management Job Requirements Able to take responsibility and work independently with strong initiative Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry or equivalent. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Agriculture/Forestry/Fisheries or equivalent.
