Job Description

1. Daily Operations & Logistics



Support day-to-day operational tasks. Help plan logistics schedules and arrange resources. Communicate smoothly with internal teams and external partners.

2. Vehicle & Driver Management



Manage company vehicles and assign drivers. Monitor mileage, fuel usage, and basic compliance. Ensure all vehicles have valid licences, insurance, and documents.

3. Maintenance & Repairs



Arrange regular servicing and urgent repairs for vehicles/equipment. Communicate with workshops, suppliers, and service providers. Keep maintenance records updated and follow up on pending work.

4. Order & Delivery Management



Schedule and arrange deliveries. Make sure all incoming and outgoing goods are properly recorded. Solve any issues related to deliveries.

5. Workplace Upkeep



Keep the office/warehouse clean and organised. Ensure all equipment and facilities are working properly. Contact contractors when repairs or improvements are needed.

6. General Administrative Support



Prepare simple reports, logs, and documentation. Help purchase supplies and manage basic inventory. Support any other operational tasks when needed.
