We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily operations within our fashion business. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth coordination across retail stores, warehouse, logistics, production, and online sales channels while maintaining efficiency, quality, and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Process Management
Oversee daily operations across boutique, warehouse, online store, and live selling platforms.
Develop, implement, and improve SOPs to ensure efficient workflow and operational consistency.
Monitor operational performance and resolve issues promptly.
Inventory & Supply Chain
Manage inventory levels, stock movement, and replenishment planning.
Coordinate with suppliers, tailors, factories, and logistics partners.
Ensure timely delivery of products and minimize stock discrepancies.
Retail & E-Commerce Operations
Ensure smooth operation of physical boutiques and online platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, website).
Coordinate live selling operations, scheduling, and operational support.
Monitor order fulfilment, packing, and delivery timelines.
Team Management
Supervise and support retail staff, warehouse team, live hosts, and operations executives.
Plan staff schedules, workload distribution, and manpower requirements.
Provide training, guidance, and performance monitoring.
Quality Control & Brand Standards
Ensure product quality, packaging standards, and store presentation meet brand guidelines.
Handle operational issues related to customer complaints and returns.
Reporting & Cost Control
Prepare operational reports (sales support, stock movement, manpower, expenses).
Monitor operational costs and identify areas for cost optimization.
Work closely with management to support business growth initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Fashion Management, or related field.
Minimum
3-5 years
of operations experience, preferably in
fashion, retail, or e-commerce
.
Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and logistics.
Experience managing both
online (e-commerce / live selling)
and
offline (boutique)
operations.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Able to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and inventory software.
Preferred Skills
Experience in fashion production cycles (sampling, tailoring, QC).
Familiar with live commerce operations (TikTok Live, Shopee Live).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Data-driven and detail-oriented mindset.
