Job Description


: Oversees Production, Purchasing, Warehouse and Logistic, Work Preparation and Material Planning, Incoming Quality Checking, Maintenance and Factory Health and Safety. Ability to lead teams and manage key stakeholders across various department with a common goal. Sets comprehensive goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the various Department Heads. Provide leadership to ensure full alignment of the same to the targets/ KPIs set. Prepare reports such as Annual Budgets for Production capacity based on yearly Sales Forecast to derive capital expenditure, manpower, required overhead, etc. To manage production operation ensuring cost efficiency and adhering to the required standards for performance, accuracy and quality. Maximize productivity/ efficiency in production. Ensures strong customer relationships with companies within the Stinis group and timely, high quality product delivery. Chooses, develops, trains and inspires the production team to keep the factory running smoothly. Ensures that all plant activities adhere to corporate policy and all applicable local, state and federal laws. Ascertain all safety and compliance regulations are met, maintaining a safe work environment and complying with all industry specific regulations. Identifies process and quality changes designed to improve manufacturing or department capabilities. Drives lean, safety and quality. Take corrective action. Keep up to date with the industry\'s latest development or trends for improving performance or productivity levels. Maintains good and close relationships with head office. Requirements : Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering and post-graduate in Business Administration. At least 5 years experience as a Factory Manager in the Manufacturing industry or similar capacity. Good knowledge in Integrated Management System such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, WPS and ISO 3834. Well-versed in local laws and practices on Factory Management. Language proficiency in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin will be advantage Qualification & Skills Excellent leadership skills and collaborative management style. Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders. Strong interpersonal, planning, organization, and teamwork skills. Ability to influence cross functional teams and to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
