Position Summary: \xe2\x80\xa2 The incumbent will lead and manage a team of departmental managers to ensure they are aligned with the organization\xe2\x80\x99s goals and objective. \xe2\x80\xa2 He/she required to develop and implement production plans to optimise efficiency and achieve waste reduction/minimization. Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure production process is closely monitored and running smoothly and/or fine-tune when needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Galvanize the team to collaborate with corporate sales and customer service, to ensure that production meet customer demand. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with Finance to ensure inventory level is aligned with production schedules, customer demand and financial goals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that all departments are operating efficiently and effectively by monitoring performance metrics. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that all departments are complying with relevant local laws, regulation, and standards and corporate policies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, i.e. Health, Safety and Environment , ISO 9000, ISO 14001, Corporate Social Responsibility & Compliance (WCA) is integrated into all aspects of the organization\xe2\x80\x99s operation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and reporting on key performance indicators related to machine maintenance, mean time between failures, mean time to repair and overall equipment effectiveness. Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma or Degree holder \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 8 years of relevant experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Problem solver \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent interpersonal skills & organizational skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Good oral & written communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Teamwork skills Salary: RM9,000 to RM13,000 (depends on qualification and experience)
