JOB DESCRIBTION:



Oversee and manage the daily operations of the confinement centre. Supervise and support all departments including housekeeping, kitchen, nursing, and front office. Ensure all services are delivered according to company standards and client expectations. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and SOPs. Monitor staff performance, conduct regular meetings, and handle scheduling and training. Manage inventory, supplies, and maintenance of facilities. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and health regulations. Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally. Coordinate with management on budgeting, cost control, and operational improvements. Plan and execute periodic audits to maintain high service quality. Assist in recruitment, orientation, and training of new staff.

REQUIREMENTS:



Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or equivalent. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in hospitality, healthcare, or confinement centre settings. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities. Knowledge of postpartum care and confinement services is an added advantage. Able to work on weekends or shifts if required.
