Operations Manager
Job Description
Manage day-to-day operations, oversee the operations and distribution team and department
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for efficient operations
Ensure organizational processes comply with regulatory requirements, Safety, Company policies and ISO Standards
Identifies, recommends and implements changes to improve productivity, efficiency and reduce costs and wastage with active involvement across the floor; providing support to suggestions for improvements.
Prepare and submit production reports to key decision-makers.
Any other duties as assigned by superior
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experiences. Experience with BOMBA, DOSH & ISO is preferred. Minimum Degree qualification. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage teams Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
