Operations Manager

Your role, and all the fun stuff you\'ll do:

As the Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of making our group trips and travel products a resounding success! You will play a vital role in ensuring that everything operates smoothly and meets the high standards set in our Service Level Agreement.

As our Operations Manager, you will be the main link between our Group Leaders and our Malaysia office, as well as our global operations team. Your exceptional communication skills will shine as you establish and maintain strong relationships with both parties.

Not only will you be responsible for overseeing the performance of our dedicated Group Leaders and Operations team, but you will also have the exciting opportunity to actively contribute to the overall direction and success of Intrepid Malaysia. As a valued member of our management team, your insights and expertise will help shape our future.

This is a permanent, full-time position located in our new office in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia! This role will operate on a hybrid basis.

Extensive travel experience in the region and a passion for travel

Middle to senior travel operational management experience, ideally over multiple locations

Travel industry work experience

Ability to communicate in English and the local language

You will have a strong ability to embed, monitor and action Policies and Processes within the business. Your organisation and communication skills will be the catalyst to your success in this role.
