We're looking for a highly proactive and resourceful Business & Operations Manager to join our growing team. You'll be the right hand to the founder, helping to drive business growth, ensure team accountability, and keep operations and sales moving - even when the boss is out of the office.

Key Responsibilities
Team & Operations
- Track team tasks and ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate roles and responsibilities across internal and external members
- Run weekly check-ins and keep the founder updated
- Maintain and improve workflows using digital tools (Notion, Trello, Google Workspace, etc.)
Sales & Business Development
- Monitor monthly sales targets and assist with planning promos or campaigns
- Research and pursue new business opportunities (B2B, retail, stockists, event partnerships)
- Initiate outreach to suitable brands, cafes, wellness spaces or resellers
- Help prepare brand decks, proposals, or client-facing communication
