Operations Manager
position. We are seeking an experienced and proactive
Operations Manager
to oversee business operations and support the executive team. This role is pivotal to the success of our
custom furniture dropshipping business
, requiring strong organizational skills, problem-solving, and communication expertise.
The Operations Manager will manage daily operations, coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners, and ensure smooth order fulfillment while contributing to process improvements and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a
fast-paced, hybrid environment
with international exposure.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full
order fulfillment process
, from purchase to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Manage communication and coordination with suppliers, shipping partners, and stakeholders.
Monitor
inventory levels
and coordinate logistics for efficient operations.
Address and resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for
process improvement
to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Track and analyze
key performance indicators (KPIs)
such as sales, delivery times, and customer satisfaction.
Manage and maintain
contracts, documents, and records
, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.
Support the
planning and execution of business projects
, working with internal and external teams.
Qualifications & Skills

Prior experience working with
US/Australian companies
or having lived there (Compulsory).
Proven experience in a similar operations role, ideally within
e-commerce, dropshipping, or furniture-related industries

Outstanding written and verbal
communication abilities
