Job Description

Objective

Responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring overall security operations across all client locations. Ensures all security tasks are carried out efficiently, meet client expectations and comply with company procedures, standards and relevant legal requirements.

Supervise and manage the implementation of security operations at all assigned locations. Monitor and oversee the performance of Operations Officers to ensure their duties and responsibilities are carried out according to company standards. Prepare and review duty rosters to ensure adequate manpower based on client requirements. Address and resolve issues related to the performance of security personnel, ensuring corrective actions are taken promptly. Plan short-term and long-term operational strategies. Evaluate and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and handle any complaints or special requests effectively. Prepare periodic performance reports for clients and top management. Conduct regular site audits to ensure compliance with SOPs and industry security standards. Assist in the recruitment, training, deployment and performance evaluation of security personnel. Prepare incident reports, performance reports and other operational documentation as required. Manage security operation budgets and costs, including overtime and logistics. Act as the primary officer in coordinating emergency response and security incident investigations. Assess potential risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.

Qualifications

Academic Qualification:

Diploma or Degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in the security industry, including at least 2 years in a managerial position. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in preparing reports and analyzing operational data. Skilled in Microsoft Office applications and security management systems. Possess a valid D/B2 driving license and willing to work beyond normal office hours when required.
