position based in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Kuala Lumpur, offers an exciting opportunity to join the Hospitality & Tourism industry. As the Operation Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring the efficient delivery of services and contributing to the overall success of the business.
What you'll be doing
Manage and coordinate all operational activities to ensure seamless service delivery
Oversee the allocation of resources and personnel to meet business demands
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies and procedures to optimise efficiency
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience
Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards and company policies
Provide leadership, coaching and mentorship to the operations team
Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's strategic initiatives
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar management role within the Hospitality & Tourism industry
Proven track record in leading and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to think strategically
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders
Proficient in using operational management software and data analysis tools
Thorough understanding of industry regulations, standards and best practices
Degree or relevant certification in Hospitality Management or a related field
