We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily service centre activities, ensuring smooth operations, strong customer service standards, and strict process compliance. The ideal candidate has
3-4 years of team management experience
, with a background in service, retail, customer operations, logistics, or similar environments.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations & ensure service quality
Lead and coach team members
Manage KPIs, error rates & turnaround times
Handle customer issues and feedback
Support reporting, cost control & VAS initiatives
Implement process improvements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
3-4 years of supervisory or team lead experience
Strong communication & leadership
Fluent in English and BM
