Job Description

An responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient OPERATION o the business while providing high-level administrative support to the executive team. This role is critical to the success of a custom furniture dropshipping business, as it requires a blend of excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate is a proactive and resourceful individual lwho can manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

Order Fulfillment: Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, from the point of sale to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Dropshipping Coordination: Manage relationships and communication with a network of furniture suppliers and shipping partners.
Inventory and Logistics: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate logistics to ensure products are received, processed, and shipped efficiently.
Customer Service: Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints related to orders, delivery, and products, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Data Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales, delivery times, and customer satisfaction, providing regular reports to the executive team.
Document Management: Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, contracts, and business records, ensuring all documents are easily accessible and confidential information is handled with discretion.
Project Coordination: Assist with the planning and execution of various business projects, coordinating with internal & external teams.
Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within an e-commerce, dropshipping, or furniture-related industry.
Strong understanding of dropshipping logistics and supply chain management.
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in project management and communication tools
Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage time effectively under pressure.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
High level of proficiency with Google Workspace/Microsoft Office Suite.
Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
