Job Description

Our client is the fastest growing F&B firm from Thailand. In order to support rapid and aggressive expansion in Malaysia, our client is looking for a talented and dynamic professional to be a part of their Operations Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end retail operations to achieve our ambitious sales and growth targets, starting with the launch of the first store in November and rapid expansion over the next five years.
• Foster a culture of service excellence, ensuring that all food retail operations meet and exceed internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Manage the supply chain, including supply planning, procurement, and logistics, while collaborating with the international team to ensure seamless end-to-end operations.
• Oversee and manage all financial aspects of the business, ensuring that store sales and overall operations meet company targets.
• Lead and execute projects necessary to achieve company goals.

Job Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience leading Operations teams in the Retail, Food, or Hospitality industries.
• Demonstrated self-drive, accountability, and a passion for delivering results.
• Resourceful, energetic, and driven to make a meaningful impact.
• Adaptive, innovative, and agile in responding to dynamic business environments.
• Possess a growth mindset and a shared vision for the company\'s expansion.
• Strong business acumen with exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative and inclusive team player, thriving in an empowered start-up environment.
• Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Proficient in conducting financial and operational analyses using analytical tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel within Malaysia, especially in the Klang Valley region.
