The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the hotel day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and smooth business processes. This role involves managing teams, optimizing workflows, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. The Operations Manager will also collaborate with other departments to drive operational excellence and support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and manage daily operational activities to ensure seamless business operations. Develop and implement efficient processes and standard operating procedures. Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration. Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and quality standards. Support strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:



Proven experience in

hotel operations or hotel managerial role
