About Our Client

Our client is MNC engineering & manufacturing company. At present, they are in search of a self-motivated & hands-on Operation Manager (Order Management), to be based in Petaling Jaya

• Ensure order management process.
• Manage effective escalation with customers.
• Ensure all communication with sales team and customers is in a timely manner
• Ensure all transactions performed are in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Improve customer service procedures, policies and standards for Order Management processes.
• Support and maintain inventory levels in line with business and customer needs.
• Provide ongoing analysis of local inventory and provide management of the supply planning, identify area of improvements as well as review and revise the planning parameters regularly to reflect the business needs.
• Manage supplier sustainability code in line with Group requirements.
• Utilize IQM and lead knowledge sharing.
• Evaluate and recommend actions to improve OTTR to the customers.
• Lead and support the internal & external Audit requirement.
• Accurate and timely report of weekly/monthly reports
• Manage weekly forecast review with Sales Team.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, Purchasing, Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain or any other related studies.
• Min 5 years of working experience in order fulfilment/material planning
• Customer oriented focus.
• Excellent English communication skills
• Good problem solving and decision making skills
• Experience in EPS system - SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards
