Job Description
The main purpose of the Team Manager role is to lead the Order management team who supports the quotes to cash process in the China market. This is a position that involves significant contact with internal stakeholders, requires collaboration with other teams and managers, and, at times, even communicate directly with the client. To resolve issues with delinquent accounts. The individual will be responsible for driving the achievement of defined key performance targets while adhering to departmental and compliance policies and processes.
