Job Description


The main purpose of the Team Manager role is to own the Order management team who supports the quotes to cash process in the China market. This is a position that involves significant contact with internal stakeholders, requires collaboration with other teams and managers, and, at times, even interact directly with the client. To resolve issues with delinquent accounts. The individual will be responsible for driving the achievement of defined key performance targets while adhering to departmental and compliance policies and processes. Responsibilities . Manage a team of at least 10 Order Management Specialists. Build and maintain close partnerships with stakeholders in Sales & Account Management (SAM), Finance, Credit Management, and others. . Responsible for performance and results of direct and indirect reports. . Drive and support large-scale projects impacting internal teams and external customers. . Improve employee engagement and champion employee retention. . Mentor skills and behaviors to improve staff\'s performance and develop their capabilities. . Work independently on multiple activities, showing appropriate prioritization and escalation skills for themselves and team. Work with Knowledge Specialists/Trainers to ensure team members have up-to-date training/knowledge skills needed to effectively perform their job. . Handle customer queries and communication in a professional and service-minded manner ensuring that timely resolution is provided. . Show a continuous service improvement mindset to improve the processes, systems and tools including partnering with the support functions to remove operational barriers. . Ensure effective performance/feedback mechanisms are in place to continually track and improve performance across the team. . Raise critical delays to internal groups and any issues to management. Required Skills and Experience . Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree. . 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience. . Microsoft Office Skills - Outlook, Word, Excel. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. . Highly proficient in Mandarin (speech & written) . Strong team building, staff/stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. . Ability to deliver customer satisfaction whilst ensuring company goals are met. . Ability to multi-task and has attention to details.
