Monitoring of PISAI\xe2\x80\x99s cash based transactions which encompasses Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Treasury functions. Ensure the adherence of accounting standards, accounting policies and manuals in our daily operations and preparation of accounts. Ensure compilation of student number and other relevant information for various reporting purposes. Budget Preparation and Advice Preparation and review the annual budget, ensure it is within guidelines. Monitor the capital and revenue expenditures vs. budget. Maintain the policy and procedure manuals applicable to budget processes, fixed assets, etc. Reporting Preparation, analysis and commentary of the Monthly Management accounts. Development of financial reports to assist in analysis of financial activities of PISAI by faculty, division, department, project. Maintaining the policy and procedure manuals applicable to financial reporting. Liaising with external auditors on the statutory audit of PISAI\xe2\x80\x99s financial statements and ensure timely completion of the audited financial reports. Preparation, analysis and commentary of the quarterly Board of Governors\xe2\x80\x99 Report. Developing and monitoring all financial related Key Performance Indicators for the PISAI.
