• Develops and implements operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness

• Collaborates with senior management team to establish business goals, objectives, and targets

• Manages resources, optimizing processes and ensure smooth execution of business operations

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree majoring in Business Administration or Civil Engineering or its equivalent

• Certificate in Project Management Program (PMP) is highly desirable

• 8-10 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity

• Strong knowledge of operational principles, methodologies and best practices

• Excellent leadership and people management skills

• Good at making decisions and troubleshooting

• Strong conceptualisation and project management skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of proficiency in verbal and written English including presentation skills

• Good analytical skills, meticulous, result oriented, organized, detailed and committed to deadlines

• Innovative, resourceful and a team player with the ability to workindependently in a dynamic & fast paced environment

• Computer literate with proficiency in using software and tools for data analysis, project managnagement and process optimization knowledge in MS Office applications
