The company provides a variety of security-related services including unarmed uniform guarding, armed uniform guarding, cash in transit, security escort services, security consultancy, security training, and security equipment/accessories. Role Description This is a full-time operations manager role, which is an on-site position in Batu Caves. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all services are delivered effectively and efficiently. The role will involve overseeing security personnel, equipment, logistics, and finances. Furthermore, the Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing new strategies to improve the company\'s operations and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in the security industry, preferably in a managerial role Ex-army / police will be given advantage Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage and motivate teams Experience in financial and budget management Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or related field Security certifications will be an added advantage
