Job Description

Working time: Monday to Saturday (8am to 5pm)

Location: Kampung Baru Subang, Shah Alam

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the Factory General Manager in managing daily factory operations and production activities. Coordinate production schedules to ensure timely completion of kitchen cabinet and wardrobe orders. Monitor production progress and address operational issues to minimize delays. Ensure manufacturing processes comply with quality standards and company procedures. Support quality control checks and follow up on rectification works where required. Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure material availability. Oversee inventory usage and support stock control activities. Supervise and support production supervisors and operational staff. Ensure compliance with workplace safety rules and factory regulations. Prepare operational reports and updates for the Factory General Manager. Work closely with internal teams such as project, installation, and logistics teams. Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma or Degree in Operations Management, Manufacturing, or a related field. At least 3 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing or factory operations, preferably in cabinetry, furniture, or interior fit-out. Basic understanding of production planning and workflow. Strong coordination and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
