Order and Invoice Processing:
Monitor and ensure all orders and invoices are processed accurately and promptly.
Coordinate with the sales and finance departments to resolve any discrepancies in orders and invoices.
Implement and maintain systems to track order and invoice processing to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Delivery Management:
Oversee the logistics and timely delivery of gold jewellery parcels.
Coordinate with courier services and manage delivery schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
Address any delivery issues promptly to avoid delays.
Packing Department Management:
Supervise the packing team to ensure all customer orders are packed correctly and efficiently.
Implement quality control measures to achieve zero mistakes in order packing.
Provide training and guidance to the packing team to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for order processing, delivery, and packing.
