Our Role

This role supports operational recruitment in Australia, Malaysia, New Zealand, and the Philippines. Based in our Petaling Jaya office in Mutiara Damansara, key responsibilities include;

• Managing end-to-end operational (hourly) recruitment across Asia Pacific
• Organising weekly meetings with operations teams to support recruitment assignments and Plant Manager needs
• Post advertisements, review resumes received, select long-lists for screening, complete screening, and select short-lists for interview
• Confirm interview availability and book interviews for candidates and hiring managers
• Organise pre-employment medicals, reference and other pre-employment checks
• Coordinate necessary employment documentation and request letter of offer

8 months fixed term contract

The successful candidate will have demonstrated end-to-end recruitment experience. Experience from a recruitment agency or high volume or international recruiting environment will well regarded. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, supporting your ability to take a comprehensive brief from a hiring manager to identify and meet their needs, in a proactive, fast and effective manner, will be key to your success. Heavy industry experience is desirable and or ability to learn the industry quickly. Familiarity with Taleo ATS (recruitment system) is helpful.
