LOCATION : CENTRAL (KUALA LUMPUR) ROTATION OUTLET TERMS : FULL TIME ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure the smooth delivery & provide a high level of execution to valued clients for all activations tasks involved.
Perform field management tasks, which include organize the opening and closing of activations,
Resolve operational issues, conduct field audit & build rapport with retailers build report with retailers.
Report up any incident/competitor information during activation & submit up reports after activation.
Recruit candidates to work for all part time projects obtained,
Plan with team mate in deployment team mate in deployment and support on full-time projects recruitment.
Supervise & train up promoters under the supervision
Make sure they are understand the work SOP need to follow & job tasks require to perform.
Conduct market visit & market sensing to collect important market/outlet info\'s pursued by management
Report up the observations & findings for further marketing strategies formulate.
Support adhoc job tasks assigned by superior & management time to time.

REQUIREMENT

Minimum high school, diploma, or equivalent education
1-2 years of retail sales required; retail management experience
Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
Experience with interviewing, hiring and evaluating candidates, and assessing employee performance
