-Support the end-to-end execution of assigned projects, including procurement, logistics coordination, delivery arrangements, and compliance documentation.
-Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure on-time execution.
-Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and internal teams on all operational matters.
-Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates for management.
-Monitor contract obligations and ensure adherence to regulatory and client requirements, including government agencies such as PDRM, APMM, or MINDEF where applicable.
2. Business Development Support
-Assist the business development team in preparing proposals, company profiles, capability statements, tender submissions, and supporting documents.
-Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with OEMs, suppliers, and government stakeholders.
-Support due diligence processes and ensure all documents are compiled accurately and promptly.
3. Operational & Administrative Support
- Handle day-to-day operational tasks such as scheduling, document control, filing, correspondence, and coordination with internal departments.
-Manage and update trackers related to projects, suppliers, tenders, and internal work streams.
-Support logistics planning including travel arrangements, meeting arrangements, and event coordination.
-Ensure all operational activities comply with company SOPs, governance frameworks, and procurement integrity principles.
4. Ad-Hoc Tasks
-Carry out any ad-hoc operational, administrative, or coordination tasks assigned by management.
-Provide support during urgent assignments, including unexpected requests from government clients or suppliers.
-Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Operations and Business Development functions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
-Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
-Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
-Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and deliver within tight timelines.
-Familiarity with defence, aviation, government procurement, or technical supply industries is an added advantage.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong documentation skills.
-High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
