As the Operations Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities and maintaining efficient operational processes. • Perform a blend of general operational and administrative and physical functions to support the retail, warehouse operations
• Manage supplies, equipment, and maintenance requirements
• Maintain and update records, databases and documentation
• Compile reports, analyze data and present findings to the manager
• Identify areas for operational improvement and suggest effective solutions
• Streamline existing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with team members to implement best practices
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulations
• Handle insurance-related matters, road tax, business & signage licenses

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in administrative or operations support roles is preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
• Detail-oriented and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to address operational challenges
