Manage procurement registration, allocation, usage, and disposal of fixed assets and consumables.
Maintain asset records and coding systems with accurate and timely updates.
Conduct periodic inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
Oversee warehouse inbound/outbound logistics to ensure proper storage and inventory accuracy.
Support audits and contribute to continuous improvement of asset management procedures.
Training & Employee Development
Conduct onboarding training and probation evaluations for new hires.
Assist in preparing the annual training plan and integrating training resources.
Coordinate training sessions, track implementation, and collect feedback for improvements.
Promote internal development programs such as mentorship and job rotation.
Organize team-building events, festival celebrations, and employee engagement programs.
What We're Looking For:
Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, HR, or related field.
3-5 years' experience in admin, operations, or training coordination.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Must be able to work at Sedenak, Johor.
