Conduct onboarding programs and probation assessments for new employees.
Assist in developing and implementing the annual training plan and integrating relevant training resources.
Coordinate training sessions, monitor participation, and gather feedback for improvement.
Promote internal development initiatives such as mentorship programs and job rotation opportunities.
Organize team-building activities, festive celebrations, and employee engagement events to foster a positive workplace culture.
Asset & Inventory Management
Manage the procurement, registration, allocation, utilization, and disposal of fixed assets and consumables.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset records, tagging, and coding systems.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
Oversee warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring proper storage and inventory accuracy.
Support internal and external audits while driving continuous improvement in asset management processes.
What We're Looking For:
Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, HR, or related field.
3-5 years' experience in admin, operations, or training coordination.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Must be able to work at
Sedenak, Johor.
