Below are the key responsibilities for the role apart from the ones assigned by the Manager:
Monitoring entirety of the technical review process and ensuring adherence to NDIS scheme compliance
Liaising with auditors to ensure the reports are received within the NDIS scheme requirements
Day-to-day customer interaction on status of audit report and outcome of technical review/submission
Follow up with customers on meeting their financial contractual obligations
Update of JASANZ certificates on portal to reflect current status
Collaborating daily with our technical, sales and planning department
Updating NGPS system to ensure correct customer and audit related information
Aligning audit activity that is confirmed and done, follow up with planning team for inconsistency
Management of conflict of interest during assigning of activity for technical review
Building strong and effective relationships with our stakeholders
A ny other necessary administrative work related to activities/projects

About you
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Tertiary education is desirable.
Prior experience in a similar industry (such as certification, NDIS, etc.) is an advantage.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle).
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to addressing urgent customer issues quickly and effectively.
