Job Description

• Minimum SPM is required, with Certificate or Diploma in Optical Dispensing will be added advantage
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin speaker will be preferred
• No working experience needed as training will be provided
• Able to work on Weekends and Public Holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the optical field
• Detail-oriented with a passion for customer service excellence
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently when required
• Basic computer literacy for handling sales systems and customer information (training will be provided).

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly
• Take a lead role in delivering exceptional customer service and managing product displays to enhance the customer shopping experience
• Play an integral part in achieving outlet sales targets, driving sales growth, and maintaining high standards of customer service quality
• Assist in all aspects of store operations, particularly in product display, merchandising, stock management, and maintaining store cleanliness
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and customer loyalty
• Conduct basic vision screenings and recommend suitable eyewear solutions based on customer needs and preferences (training will be provided)
• Stay updated on the latest eyewear products and trends to provide knowledgeable recommendations and advice to customers
• Manage the cash register, handle payments, and prepare sales invoices accurately
• Assist in inventory control, including stock checks and participating in regular stock-taking exercises
• Support the outlet in organizing promotional activities and sales events when required
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the store.
