Job Description


Description

  • Perform administrative tasks such as handling bookings, policy issuance, endorsement and cancellation; including data capturing to computer system.
  • Ensure policies / endorsements are issued within turnaround time.
  • Attending phone calls/emails from business units and intermediaries.
  • Sorting and dispatching of policies / endorsements, binding and filling of documents.
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements :
  • SPM / Diploma in any field
  • Familiar and working experience with Ms Office application such as Email (Ms Outlook), Word and Excel.
  • Fair command in English and Bahasa Malaysia in verbal and written.
  • Good communication Skill.
