Perform administrative tasks such as handling bookings, policy issuance, endorsement and cancellation; including data capturing to computer system.
Ensure policies / endorsements are issued within turnaround time.
Attending phone calls/emails from business units and intermediaries.
Sorting and dispatching of policies / endorsements, binding and filling of documents.
Other duties as assigned
Requirements :
SPM / Diploma in any field
Familiar and working experience with Ms Office application such as Email (Ms Outlook), Word and Excel.
Fair command in English and Bahasa Malaysia in verbal and written.
Good communication Skill.
